Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. At the moment, we don’t offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free, no hidden fees, no surprises.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days, with delivery typically taking 4–8 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we process orders quickly, edits or cancellations aren’t always possible once production has started. If you need to make a change, please reach out via our Contact Page as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. However, your satisfaction matters to us, if you experience an issue with your order, please get in touch via our Contact Page and we’ll work with you to make things right.
What if my item arrives damaged or doesn’t show up?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund where appropriate, no hassle.
What kind of products do you offer?
We specialise in smart feeders and accessories designed for both cats and dogs. Product details and dimensions are listed on each product page so you can find the right fit for your pet.
Do your products run big or small?
Each item includes detailed sizing info (for bowls, mats, and accessories). If you’re unsure, we usually recommend sizing up for larger pets.
Are all products available in every size and color?
Not always, availability is listed on each product page. If a size or style is sold out, check back soon as we’re always updating our range.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. We use minimal, eco-conscious packaging that reduces waste while keeping your order safe.
Will I get a packing slip or receipt?
Your order confirmation will be emailed to you. To keep packaging simple and eco-friendly, we don’t include paper slips in the box.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment, but many of our items arrive in pet-friendly packaging that’s perfect for gifting.
