We currently ship to all states within the United States.
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location.
- Most customers receive their order within 6–12 business days from the date of purchase.
- Every order includes tracking information. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your package is dispatched.
- Tracking links may take 24–48 hours to activate after shipping.
- While we aim for fast and reliable delivery, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or high demand.
Note: We currently ship only within the United States. Every RosiePaws carrier and backpack is carefully packaged to arrive clean, safe, and ready for your next adventure together.

If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out. We’ll review your situation and work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another fix that makes things right.

Because our products are designed for pet use, we can’t always accept returns once an item has been used. However, if you have any concerns, just contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick description (photos help too), and we’ll do our best to make it right.
