We currently ship to all states within the United States.
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location.
- Most customers receive their order within 6–12 business days from the date of purchase.
- Every order includes tracking information. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your package is dispatched.
- Tracking links may take 24–48 hours to activate after shipping.
- While we aim for fast and reliable delivery, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or high demand.
Note: We do not currently offer international shipping. At RosiePaws, all products are carefully sourced and packaged to ensure your pet essentials arrive safe, clean, and ready to use.
Return / Refund Policy
We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If there’s an issue with your product, we’re here to help. Because our feeders, and accessories are designed for pet use, we can only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, you’re eligible for a replacement or refund. How to request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We’re unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing/fit issues, or items that have already been used by pets. If you have any concerns, please reach out via our Contact Page, our team will do everything possible to make it right.
